Bridget Graham

Bridget Graham has a wealth of experience in Human Resources, beginning with a role as Sales Manager at Nordstrom in 1994. Bridget was promoted nine times in eight years and established a regional HR department. Bridget then moved on to become Regional HR Manager at Franks Nursery in 2001, where they led HR strategies and employee relations for five Midwest states, 90 stores, and over 2000 employees. In 2005, they became Director of Human Resources at Romero Thorsen Design, Inc., developing strategic HR and business culture and establishing best practices. From 2009 to 2014, they held various HR roles at Skyline Financial Corp/Skyline Home Loans, Stila Cosmetics, and Adamis Group USA & Italy. In 2015, they became a Senior Human Capital Consultant for Western Asset Management at CHLA - Children's Hospital. In 2019, they took on the role of VP, HR & Administration at WPCCU, and in 2021 they were appointed Head of People & Culture, VP at Embodied, Inc.

Bridget Graham has a Masters in Communication from Pepperdine University, with their thesis currently under review. Bridget also holds a BA in Interpersonal Communication from Northern Illinois University, and has obtained a Prosci certification from Prosci.
