Karen Coleman, MS, CWWC, ACHE

Karen Coleman, MS, CWWC, ACHE has held a variety of roles in the health and wellness field since 2002. Karen began their career as a Health Education Specialist at the Northeast Florida Area Health Education Center. In 2006, they became the Substance Abuse and Violence Prevention Coordinator at the Northeast Florida Educational Consortium. In 2008, they took on the role of Senior Health Planner and Director of Healthy Jacksonville at the Duval County Health Department. In 2010, they joined Baptist Health as a Senior Consultant, Employee Health and Wellness, and was promoted to Director, Employee Health and Wellness in 2015. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Client Executive at Embold Health.

Karen Coleman holds a Master of Health Science from the University of Florida, which they obtained in 2007, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from the University of North Florida. Karen also holds the certifications of MS, CWWC, and ACHE.
