Wendy Wright

Wendy Wright has worked in the healthcare industry since 1997. Wendy began their career as a Sr. Program Manager at Healthways at Baptist Hospital in 1997 and was promoted to Sr. in 2000. In 2005, they joined Saint Thomas Health, Baptist Hospital as Quality Director and Strategist. In 2008, they were promoted to Director of Physician Practices, where they developed hospital-based physician programs and provided short term leadership for the cardiac service line. In 2011, they joined MissionPoint Health Partners, as part of Ascension, as VP of Clinical Innovation and Quality and VP of Clinical Integration. In 2017, they started their own LLC, wwCAREstrategy LLC, as a Designer, Transformer and Clinical Strategist. That same year, they also worked as a Consultant for The Viability Company. In 2018, they joined National Rural Accountable Care Organization/Caravan Health as Senior Manager of Practice Transformation. In 2019, they joined Sharecare as Director of Clinical Quality and Innovation. Currently, they are Provider Engagement Director at Embold Health.

Wendy Wright obtained a Master of Heatlh Care Systems from the University of Denver, with a field of study in Managed Care and Leadership. Wendy also obtained a BSN from Valparaiso University, with a field of study in Nursing Science. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Essential Facilitation from Interaction Associates in May 2022.
