Cleiton Meurer

Cleiton Meurer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and engineering management. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Nidec Global Appliance since August 2017, Cleiton leads operational excellence initiatives related to the Ideal Production System, overseeing areas such as Process & Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Facilities. Prior to this role, Cleiton spent over two decades at Embraco, progressing through positions including R&D Project Manager, where Cleiton managed strategic projects and achieved the launch of the world's first oil-free compressor. Cleiton's educational background includes an MBA in Business Administration from FGV, a specialization in Manufacturing Engineering, and a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering.
