Leonardo Garnica

Leonardo Garnica is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation management and digital transformation. Currently serving as Innovation Sr Manager at Embraer since March 2020, Leonardo leads innovation strategy, corporate collaboration ecosystems, and digital transformation projects. Previously, from September 2010 to March 2020, Leonardo held multiple roles at Natura, including Innovation Manager and Open Innovation Coordinator, focusing on partnership management, funding for innovation, and collaborative projects with scientific institutions. Leonardo's earlier experience includes serving as Committee Coordinator for ANPEI, where involvement with over 100 R&D organizations took place, and as an Innovation Agent at the University of São Paulo, specializing in technology commercialization. Leonardo's academic background includes a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from UFSCar, a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Universidade Estadual Paulista, and a secondment at the University of Oxford specializing in innovation and technology transfer.
