Rafael Dellatorre

Rafael Dellatorre has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Rafael started their most recent position in July 2022 as the Head of People Analytics & HR Services at Embraer. Prior to that, they worked at HDI Seguros from September 2020 to July 2022, serving as the Compensation & People Analytics Manager. Before that, Rafael held roles at Ultracargo, SKY Brasil, AXA Assistance, Bunge, and Whirlpool Corporation, where they gained experience in areas such as payroll, compensation, benefits, budgeting, and project management. Rafael has also led teams and been responsible for implementing new processes and strategies. Overall, Rafael has a strong background in HR and a proven track record in various HR functions.

Rafael Dellatorre completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2012-2013. Prior to that, they obtained their Graduação degree in Administration from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 2004-2007.
