Luiz Gustavo Ribeiro Pereira

Luiz Gustavo Ribeiro Pereira is currently serving as an Associate Professor at the University of Copenhagen since January 2024. With extensive experience as a Senior Researcher at Embrapa since November 2006, Luiz has also contributed as a Visiting Researcher at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2019 to July 2023. Prior academic roles include Professorships at Universidade Federal de Sergipe from March 2006 to October 2006 and Universidade Estadual de Santa Cruz from February 2004 to February 2006. Luiz holds a Doctor's Degree in Animal Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, both obtained from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, with the Doctor's Degree completed in 2003.
