Joe Wasserman

Joe Wasserman, ARM, AINS has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Joe began their career as a Marketing and Sales Intern at Lamar Construction Company, where they focused on securing new projects and expanding the target market. Joe then served as a Student Consultant at Hope College, where they developed creative solutions for local businesses and organizations.

Afterwards, Joe worked as a Marketing Specialist at Lakeland Regional Health System, where they supported the marketing team and implemented social media marketing strategies. Following this role, they interned at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, first as a Public Affairs Intern and later as a Public Affairs/Outreach Program Intern. In these positions, they played a key role in coordinating and promoting a financial literacy campaign called "Money Smart Week," helping it grow to 3,000 events in 45 states.

Joe then joined Assurance as a Client Service Representative, and subsequently held roles as a Senior Client Service Representative, Account Manager, and Account Manager/Supervisor in the Health Care and Senior Living division. During their time at Assurance, they gained extensive experience in managing client accounts and providing excellent customer service.

Currently, Joe is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Embroker, where they lead a team and focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, particularly for lawyers and accountants. Joe previously held the role of Senior Customer Success Manager, also with a focus on lawyers and accountants.

Joe Wasserman, ARM, AINS, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Management and Communication from Hope College in 2012. Joe also holds the following additional certifications: Associate in Risk Management (ARM™) from The Institutes obtained in December 2016, Associate in General Insurance (AINS®) from The Institutes obtained in November 2015, and a Property and Casualty State of Illinois Producer Insurance License from the Illinois Department of Insurance obtained in April 2014.
