Changxu Wu

Changxu Wu is a Professor at Tsinghua University since July 2020 and an Associate Professor at the State University of New York since 2013. Furthermore, Changxu Wu has been a faculty member in Human Factors since 2007 and served as the Lead Human Factors and UX Team at Mind Walker LLC from May to July 2020. Prior to these roles, Changxu Wu held a professorship in Systems and Industrial Engineering at the University of Arizona from August 2017 to May 2020. Changxu Wu's research interests focus on the integration of cognitive science and engineering system design, particularly in modeling human cognition for applications that enhance system design, transportation safety, human-machine interaction, and the development of sustainable smart energy systems with human involvement. Changxu Wu earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan between 2002 and 2007.
