M. Ilhan Akbas

M. Ilhan Akbas is an Associate Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where involvement includes teaching and research since August 2019, previously serving as an Assistant Professor in the same department. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Florida Polytechnic University, contributing significantly to the establishment of the Advanced Mobility Institute and securing the university's first NSF grant, along with teaching various courses and serving in multiple departmental capacities.
