Mark Giannini

Mark Giannini is an assistant professor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Mark previously worked as a volunteer consultant for the Society of St. Vincent de Paul in Arizona and as a captain and check airman for Southwest Airlines. Mark has also worked as a first officer for JetBlue Airways and as a vice wing commander for the United States Air Force.

Mark Giannini received their Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Penn State University. Mark then went on to receive their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Oklahoma City University. Mark is also certified by the Federal Aviation Administration in Airline Transport Pilot and has type ratings for B737, B707, and B720 aircraft. Lastly, they are certified by the United States Air Force as a Command Pilot, Instructor, and Evaluator pilot for E-8 and EC/C-135 aircraft.
