Alfred Diez has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Alfred worked at Emburse as the Chief of Staff, where they operationalized strategic objectives, led cross-functional initiatives, and advised senior leaders. Prior to that, they served as the SVP & General Manager of Emburse's North America SMB and mid-market business unit, where they developed and drove strategic business plans.

Diez also served as a Member of the Board of Advisors at the University of California Santa Barbara Customer Experience Certificate Program. Additionally, they worked at Nexonia as the Vice President of Customer Success, responsible for maximizing revenue retention and growth and improving customer support processes. Alfred was also the Director of Customer Success at Nexonia, leading the Customer Success departments and introducing customer engagement initiatives.

Before Nexonia, Diez held leadership positions at B Sharp Technologies, including Director of Professional Services & Customer Care, Director of Professional Services, Project Manager, and Software Developer. In these roles, they managed projects, introduced processes, and mentored project managers. Alfred also contributed to the design and development of B Sharp's main product platform.

Alfred Diez has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from York University. Alfred also has a degree in Systems Administration in Information Technology from CDI College. In addition, they completed an Advanced Executive Leadership Course in Organizational Leadership at Cornell University. Alfred also holds a certification in the K1 Advanced Management Program from K1 Investment Management, which they obtained in October 2016.
