Koushik Barua

Koushik Barua has a diverse work experience in the field of IT support and engineering. Koushik recently joined Emburse as an IT Support Engineer II in 2022. Previously, they worked at Envoy Group from 2018 to 2022, starting as an Executive-IT and later being promoted to Senior Executive-IT. In this role, they played a key role in setting up the necessary IT equipment for a newly established factory. Koushik'sresponsibilities included answering user phone calls for hardware and software issues, providing on-site or remote support, troubleshooting LAN connectivity issues, and setting up and maintaining printers. Prior to Envoy Group, Koushik worked as an Assistant Engineer at Summit Communications Ltd from 2016 to 2017, where they installed power systems and provided maintenance for a newly established point of presence.

Koushik Barua pursued their education in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from 2011 to 2014 at the American International University-Bangladesh, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree.
