Senior Customer Success Manager at Emburse

Nikki Kopfman has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Nikki started their career as a Technology Specialist at St. Vincent Elementary School in 2012 and worked there until 2014. Afterwards, they joined WorldTeach as a 4th Grade Teacher from August 2014 to August 2015. In 2015, Nikki transitioned to the role of a Customer Success Manager at Imagine Learning, where they stayed until July 2019. Nikki then joined Mitek Systems as a Customer Success Manager from July 2019 to July 2022. Nikki's career then took their to Punchh, where they worked as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager from July 2022 to April 2023. Currently, Nikki holds the position of Senior Customer Success Manager at Emburse, starting in April 2023.

Nikki Kopfman attended Westminster College from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education with a focus on Education Technology. In December 2012, they obtained a Teaching License-Standard from the Utah State Board of Education.
