Keith Cross

Keith Cross possesses extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Complex Claims Casualty Specialist at EMC Insurance Companies since March 2014. Prior to this role, Keith held the position of Claim Specialist at the same company. Keith's experience includes significant tenures at Farmers Insurance as a Senior Commercial Claims Representative from December 2007 to March 2014, and at Progressive Insurance as a Senior Claims Representative from May 2000 to December 2007. Educationally, Keith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Illinois State University, completed between 1995 and 1997, as well as an Associate's degree in Law Enforcement from Lake Land College, earned from 1993 to 1995.
