Noah Schroer

Noah Schroer is a Project Business Analyst at EMC National Life Company, having started in April 2023. Previously, Noah served as an Operational Excellence Specialist at Co-op Solutions from May 2021 to March 2023, where significant contributions included developing an internal SharePoint site to streamline project intake processes and creating an enterprise-level SharePoint site for Lean Six Sigma initiatives. Prior experience also includes a Business Analyst Intern role at MD Orthopaedics from May 2020 to May 2021, where Noah focused on researching Enterprise Resource Planning systems and analyzing various operational data. Noah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Iowa State University, earned in 2021.
