Kat Hay is a distinguished senior practitioner in coaching and leadership, currently holding the EMCC Global Individual and SUPERvision Accreditation as well as the EMCC Global EIA Senior Practitioner Accreditation since September 2023. With extensive experience at CRR Global as a Senior Faculty member since 2008, Kat specializes in Relationship Systems Intelligence coaching and training. As a Leadership Coach at Connect2Inspire, the focus is on fostering Systems Inspired Leadership within organizations in Southwestern Ontario. Additionally, Kat maintains credentials as an Accredited Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation since 2005. Past roles include Interim Executive Director at West Ridge Early Education Centre and Executive Director for the Barrie Kwanis Music Festival. Kat's entrepreneurial spirit was showcased as the CEO of Bob-Kat Tours and Cruises Inc. from 1984 to 2002.
