Felix Rascher

Felix Rascher has a varied work experience, starting with their role as Head of Artificial Intelligence at EMCO Corporation since 2023. Prior to that, they co-founded GN-I, where they planned and led a hardware and software project focused on emotion recognition. This project involved partnerships with Harvard Medical School in Boston, USA, and resulted in a sale to an international automotive company. Felix also co-founded GN-II, where they strategized and implemented a digital communication and information tool for the containment of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic in collaboration with relevant authorities, which was subsequently adopted by the German Federal Ministry of Health. Felix had a brief internship at Microsoft, where they contributed to the development of IT strategies, and completed a vocational training as an insurance and finance clerk at WWK Lebensversicherung a.G. Felix also had an internship at ipu fit for success, where they focused on process management in business consulting.

Felix Rascher completed their education at various institutions. Felix studied Bringing Technology to Market, with modules on Cultural and Political Frameworks at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, Organizational Structures and Human Resources at University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and Market Development and Competitive Advantages at ESMT Berlin. Felix also pursued Engineering at Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule Regensburg and Technical University of Munich. In addition to their formal education, Felix obtained certifications in Certified Strategy Expert, Certified Scrum Master, IPMA Level C/B Certified (Senior) Project Manager, and Design Thinking and Corporate Change.
