Lenka Dedinova

Lenka Dedinova has extensive experience in quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and scientific affairs within the food industry. Lenka has worked with companies like Emco spol. s r. o., Mondelēz International, and Nestlé S.A. Lenka holds a Master's Degree in Quality of Agricultural Products from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, as well as a Bachelor's degree in the same field. Lenka has also worked as a Research Assistant at the Food Science and Technology Department at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Their roles have involved ensuring regulatory compliance, managing labeling and promotional materials, and providing guidance on quality systems compliance and food safety.
