Dylan Wickenden MCIPD, BAHons has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. Dylan began their career as a Recruitment Account Manager for Hays, where they developed recruitment strategies and managed hiring for multiple sites. Dylan then moved to RIAS as a Recruitment Manager, where they oversaw a large recruitment budget and designed strategies aligned with HR and business goals. At EMCOR Facilities Services, Dylan held roles such as Senior HR Business Partner and Recruitment Manager & HR Business Partner. In these positions, they led HR strategy initiatives, implemented pay and grade structure changes, and developed management audit and succession planning processes. Later, Dylan joined Lockheed Martin as an HR Manager, and then returned to EMCOR Group (UK) plc as Head of HR Operations & Resourcing, Executive Director of Human Resources, and Chief People Officer. In their current role, they are responsible for the people strategy across HR, L&D, resourcing, and reward. Dylan has a strong track record of implementing effective recruitment strategies, supporting organizational change, and driving employee engagement and development.

Dylan Wickenden MCIPD, BAHons has a diverse education history. Dylan first attended Weston Park Boys School in Southampton from 1988 to 1992. Dylan then went on to Itchen College and completed their A-Levels in History, Politics, and English Language from 1992 to 1994. Dylan later enrolled at the University of Portsmouth and earned a BA Honours in Historical Studies from 1995 to 1998. Dylan furthered their education at the same university and obtained another BA Hons in History from 1996 to 1998. In 2004, Dylan attended Solent University and earned an accreditation in Psychometric Testing. Dylan then pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources at Solent University from 2004 to 2006. Finally, in 2005 to 2007, Dylan studied at Solent University again and gained their CIPD qualification in Human Resources.
