Kristy McGuire

Kristy McGuire is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and alliance management within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Global Alliance Management at EMD Serono, Inc. since January 2022, Kristy previously held the role of Associate Director in Program Management at BioNTech SE for a brief tenure in 2021. Prior to these positions, Kristy progressed through various roles at EMD Serono, including Associate Director of Senior Global Project Planner, contributing to significant project planning and execution. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Project Manager at Biogen, focused on drug safety and global pharmaceutical applications, as well as positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Alfa Aesar, where leadership and operational improvements were key. Kristy began a scientific career at Imugen, Inc. as a Biochemist, leading clinical assay optimization efforts.
