Sylvia Marecki

Sylvia Marecki is a seasoned professional in clinical operations and product management with extensive experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as the Head of the Operational Design Center at EMD Serono, Inc., since May 2019, Sylvia has held several leadership roles focusing on operational design, analytics, and data strategy. Previous experience includes Director of Product Management at TriNetX, Inc., and VP of Commercialization at Decision Resources Group, where strategic go-to-market processes were developed to enhance product success. Sylvia's earlier roles at Pharma Intelligence | Informa involved directing product management and market strategies, while initial career stages at Citeline and Decision Resources provided a foundation in analytical services and market research. Sylvia holds a PhD in Pathology and Immunology from Boston University School of Medicine and a BS in Microbiology from the University of New Hampshire.
