Rayan Ashi

Rayan Ashi currently serves as the Country Operations Manager at Emdad By Elm, overseeing nationwide operations for the "Social Researcher Project" in partnership with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, with a focus on planning, scheduling, and team performance. Prior to this role, Rayan held various positions including Regional Operations Manager at Abdullah Al-Othaim Markets, Operation Specialist at Madar - Digital Logistics Solutions, Mechanical Maintenance Engineer at Safari Company, and Operational Specialist at Mayar Foods. Rayan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Umm Al-Qura University, and has furthered education with a Diploma in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Silk Road Academy, as well as a Diploma in Creative Industries Futures from Middlesex University.
