Keith Duke

Keith Duke has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Keith started their career as an Installation and Test Engineer at Sverdrup Technology, Inc. in 1984, where they led the installation and testing of experimental turbofan engines. Keith then worked as a Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions at Destec Energy, Inc., managing due diligence and acquisition activities. In 1996, they joined Energy Asset Management as a Financial Analyst before moving on to Highland Capital Holding Corporation in 1998. At Highland, Keith served as the Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer, overseeing financial activities and playing a key role in capital raise, accounting, and M&A. In 2005, they became the President of Twin Tree Ventures, Inc., and in 2012, they joined eMeals.com as the Chief Financial Officer.

Keith Duke obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in the period between 1979 and 1984. Keith later pursued an MBA in General Business at Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management, completing it from 1989 to 1991.
