Nicola Wesley

Nicola Wesley is an accomplished HR professional, currently serving as the Group Head of People Operations at EMED Group since June 2022. With extensive experience at OCS Group UK from March 2018 to June 2022 in various HR roles including HR Subject Matter Expert and Regional HR Manager, Nicola excelled in employee relations, complex case management, and TUPE activities. Prior experience at Carillion from June 2007 to March 2018 involved strategic HR leadership, overseeing significant change programs, and leading teams to enhance HR service delivery. Nicola holds a Post Graduate Diploma in HRM and a BA (Hons) in Human Resources Management from the University of Wolverhampton.
