Vernon MacDougall

Vernon MacDougall is currently employed at Nova Scotia Power as an Industrial Electrician & Instrumentation Technician since February 2010. Previously, Vernon worked at NewPage Corporation as an Industrial Electrician from March 2008 to February 2010 and at Satlantic LP as an Electronics Engineering Technologist from September 1996 to August 2007. Vernon has completed degrees in Instrumentation Technician, Industrial Electrician, and Electronics Engineering Technology from Nova Scotia Community College. Throughout Vernon's career, Vernon has been involved in plant maintenance, troubleshooting, PLC maintenance, DCS maintenance, calibration, installation of transducers, and various other related tasks within the electrical field.
