Nick Trythall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business excellence and resource management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Business Excellence at Emerald Clinical since January 2025, Nick previously held the position of Vice President of Strategic Portfolio Delivery at Phastar, where global leadership of the Strategic Portfolio Delivery group included overseeing Portfolio and Project Management teams. Nick's earlier tenure at Premier Research as Vice President of Resource Planning & Management involved spearheading the implementation of an innovative resource management system, enhancing operational efficiency across the organization.
