Jo A. Hollis

Jo A. Hollis, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Emerald Communities, a position held since February 2020. Prior to this role, Jo A. Hollis worked at LCS as the Regional Director of Human Resources from October 2009 to February 2020 and also held the title of Director of Human Resources at Timber Ridge at Talus. Earlier experience includes the role of Human Resources Generalist at Emerald Heights Retirement Community from January 2004 to December 2007. Jo A. Hollis holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from California State University, Fullerton (1989-1993) and degrees from Hope International University, including a Bachelor of Science (1985-1989) and an Associate of Arts in ECE/Child Development (1985-1987).
