Mari-Ann Jennings has a diverse culinary and management background, currently serving as a Cook at Emerald Communities since October 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Specialty Cook at Merrill Gardens from March 2021 to October 2021, and as a Saucier at Compass Group USA for nearly eight years. Additionally, Mari-Ann held the position of Sales Manager at Heartland Payment Systems, where significant sales achievements were noted, including surpassing $100K in a single month. As Chef/Owner of Roaring Fork Restaurant from June 1993 to June 2002, Mari-Ann oversaw a 200-seat casual fine dining establishment, focusing on freshly prepared dishes.
