Christina Wilkes

Christina Wilkes has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Christina has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Research & Discovery - Xcelerator at Emerald starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Shared Services at AZTQ Corporation starting in 2019. From 2016 to 2017, they were the Head of Global Meetings & Events Supplier Enablement at American Express Global Business Travel, where they successfully advanced the meetings supplier program and achieved significant revenue growth. Furthermore, they held multiple positions at American Express, including Director of Program Management and Head of Latin American Region, Director of Global Program Management, Senior Manager of Strategic Planning, Senior Consulting Practice Leader, and Project Manager of Strategic Meeting Management. In these roles, they contributed to the globalization of the corporate meetings business, executed global partnerships, initiated a global supplier revenue stream, and led the Advisory Services meeting consulting practice. Prior to American Express, they worked as a Project Manager at M Moser Associates and as a Consultant at American Express Consulting, where they engaged in management consulting and contributed to industry white paper publications. Christina began their career as a Consultant at Prudential Financial, specializing in operations and systems.
