Kassidie Cross

Kassidie Cross has extensive work experience in sales operations and compensation. Kassidie is currently the VP of Sales Operations & Compensation at Emerald, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Stryker where they held various roles, including Director of Sales Compensation from March 2021 to January 2022. Kassidie also worked at Net@Work as a Finance and Operations Analyst from July 2012 to March 2014, and at Ironshore Holdings, Inc as an Operations Analyst from June 2009 to August 2010. In addition, Kassidie has previous experience as a Research Assistant at DRG Inc - Executive Search Consultants and as a Peer Educator In Residence at NYU Residential Education.

Kassidie Cross holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from New York University. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Data Analytics at the University of Southern Indiana. Additionally, they have certifications in MS Access and MS Excel obtained in 2004 from Microsoft.
