Helen Swiffen

Helen Swiffen possesses extensive experience in customer service and supply chain management across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Customer Services Director at Aurorium since August 2024, Helen has also held pivotal roles at Emerald Performance Materials as European Customer Service Manager and at Emerald Kalama Chemical as Supply Chain Manager since 2017 and 2016, respectively. Helen's tenure at Brenntag Inorganic Chemicals began in 2011, where the role of Customer Operations Manager was undertaken. Additionally, Helen was the Global Head of Customer Service at Italmatch Chemicals from August 2018 to August 2024 and previously held the same position at BWA Italmach Chemicals from February 2018 to August 2021. Prior experience includes being a Customer Operations Manager at Brenntag UK & Ireland from February 2013 to January 2016.
