Lacy Pepe

Lacy Pepe currently serves as the Marketing Director at Emerald Transportation Solutions LLC since September 2024. Previously, Lacy held multiple roles at IST Management from May 2009 to October 2024, including National Director of Digital Marketing Communications, where responsibilities included managing the Digital Marketing Communications team and implementing a successful B2B content marketing strategy. Key achievements included a 16% increase in email open rates and a 130% boost in LinkedIn engagement. Prior to this, Lacy worked as Social Media Manager and Marketing Supervisor. Lacy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate's Degree in Marketing Management from West Central Technical College.
