Madlen Ivanova has over a decade of experience in the financial and customer service sectors, currently serving as a Risk and Fraud Analyst at emerchantpay since May 2019. Prior roles include Credit Specialist at FG FINANCES, Financial Analyst at Drujba Glassworks SA, and Customer Service Specialist at Raiffeisen Bank - Bulgaria. Madlen's foundational experience began as a Check-in Agent at Sofia International Airport and as an Accountant at A1 Bulgaria, progressing from internship trainee to customer service representative within the same company. Madlen holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Control and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from VUZF - University of finance, business and entrepreneurship, complemented by a high school diploma in English Language and Literature from 33 High Language School “Sveta Sofia.’’
