Donald H Taylor is an accomplished professional in the field of learning and development with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Network Chair at Emerge Education since October 2020, Donald is also a Non-Executive Director at Filtered.com and Chairperson of the Learning and Skills Group. With a long-standing commitment to the Learning Technologies Conference and previous roles including Chairman of the Learning and Performance Institute, Donald has significantly contributed to advancing workplace learning and development. Donald's background includes independent consulting for L&D teams and EdTech startups, editorial management of Inside Learning Technologies Magazine, and a history of influential positions in corporate boards. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Oxford and an honorary doctorate in Workplace Learning and Development from Middlesex University.
