Marika Templeman

Marika Templeman currently serves as the National Manager of People Development at Emerge Aotearoa, leading a team of 12 in Learning & Development and Organisational Development across New Zealand. Since June 2017, Marika has played a pivotal role in aligning learning initiatives with organizational strategy and performance. Previous roles include Group Director of People and Recruitment Manager, with responsibilities ranging from leading the People Experience function to managing recruitment processes for a large number of hiring managers. Marika's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Management from the University of Otago and ongoing professional development in Organisational Development and Learning Design.
