Cynthia Luis-Guerra has extensive experience in various roles primarily within the defense and intelligence sectors. Currently serving as a Bilingual Support Specialist at Emerge! Center Against Domestic Abuse since September 2014, Cynthia previously worked as a Data Interoperability Analyst at Dynamics Research Corp where significant contributions included representing the AFC2IC on the AF COI Coordination Panel and advocacy for the One Source tool. Earlier roles involved support for Air Force Command and Control systems as an Intelligence Systems Requirements and Integration Analyst at Science Applications International Corp, and over two decades of service as a Communications Officer in the US Air Force, where responsibilities included software programming, quality assurance, and leadership in communication systems.
