Mukaram Ibrahim

Mukaram Ibrahim is a skilled Community Equity Specialist at the City of North St. Paul, providing consultancy to address community needs and support organizational partnerships. Since September 2019, Mukaram has served as a Training Coach for EMERGE Community Development, facilitating participant assessment and enrollment in training programs to promote economic mobility. Previously, Mukaram worked as an Employment Counselor at PROP, focusing on job placement and self-sufficiency for participants, and operated as an Independent Recruiter from May 2016 to September 2019. Mukaram holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from San Diego State University.
