Linda Tolson has been employed by the DC Government since March 1990, initially starting as a Payroll Clerk in the Metropolitan Police Department’s Payroll Office. In this role, Linda managed incoming calls, assisted walk-in inquiries, and handled paychecks for both civilians and police officers. Presently, Linda serves as a Staff Assistant for the Office of General Counsel (OGC) within the MPD, where daily responsibilities include managing office activities, responding to calls from citizens and attorneys, and providing customer service support. Linda's educational background includes attendance at the University of the District of Columbia from 1993 to 1996 and graduation from Bladensburg Senior High School in 1977.
