Natalie Bollinger

Natalie Bollinger currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Emerge, starting in May 2024, where efforts focus on transforming the recruitment outsourcing industry. As the Founder of Recruit PNW since March 2016, Natalie aims to enhance the hiring experience for companies and job seekers through over 40 years of industry expertise. Previously, Natalie served as Vice President of Operations at ContractRecruiter.com, part of Emerge, from August 2021 to May 2024, providing personalized recruitment solutions. Earlier experience includes being the Director of Talent Acquisition at Integrity HR Consulting from December 2008 to March 2016 and Human Resources Manager at Merle Norman Cosmetics from August 2001 to December 2008. Natalie holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from LSU Shreveport and a BS in Psychology from John Brown University.
