Roaul Channer

Roaul Channer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Roaul currently holds the position of Director of District Strategy at EMERGE since June 2023. Before that, they worked as a Program Manager at EMERGE from August 2022 to June 2023. Prior to their time at EMERGE, Roaul was a Senior Sales Consultant at CarMax from December 2016 to June 2023. Roaul also served as a Project Explore Advisor at Houston ISD from July 2019 to August 2022, and as a Re-Engagement Program Specialist at Chicago Public Schools from August 2014 to February 2018. Earlier in their career, Roaul worked as a Case Manager at BRIA Health Services from December 2010 to December 2014, and held various roles at Illinois State University, including Call Center Supervisor from May 2008 to August 2010 and Caller from June 2006 to May 2008.

Roaul Channer pursued their education by first completing their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a minor in Economics at Illinois State University from 2005 to 2010. Roaul then furthered their studies by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management from Saint Xavier University, which they completed from 2013 to 2015.

In addition to their educational achievements, Roaul Channer has also obtained several certifications. Roaul received the certification for Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid USA in July 2017. Prior to that, in October 2013, they obtained the CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification from CPI. Furthermore, they acquired the Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association in March 2013.
