Laurence Rau

Laurence Rau has over 15 years of work experience. Laurence co-founded Emerge in 2015 and served as the CEO. Laurence also co-founded SNAP Recruitment in the same year and held the role of Co-Founder until 2016. Prior to that, Laurence worked as a Strategy Executive at Bayport Financial Services from 2013 to 2015. Laurence founded S Cubed Process Solutions in 2008 and served as the Founder until 2012. Before that, Laurence worked at Discovery Limited as a Divisional Manager from 2003 to 2008. Laurence also worked at Capital One as a Project Manager from 2002 to 2003.

Laurence Rau attended King David High School Linksfield from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained their Matric qualification. Laurence furthered their education by pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of the Witwatersrand from 1998 to 2001.
