Ahn Lee currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Effective Peacebuilding Initiative since August 2024, providing strategic leadership and management. Concurrently, Ahn serves as Director of Field Research at Emergence Field Labs, focusing on operational success and the Go-To-Market plan development. Previously, Ahn worked as an Independent Consultant specializing in research and organizational strategy from August 2017 to January 2024, and held various roles at Sayara International, including Senior Research Manager. Ahn’s earlier experience includes a Teaching/Research Assistant position at the University of Colorado Boulder and a Data Manager role at NOAA. Ahn holds a BA and an MA in Geography from Middlebury College and the University of Colorado Boulder, respectively, and is currently pursuing advanced research methods in Politics and International Relations at the University of Oxford.
