Josh Parkinson

Josh Parkinson is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in underwriting and claims management. Currently serving as a Senior Underwriter for Corporate Cyber at Emergence Insurance since July 2021, Josh previously held underwriting positions at Accident and Health International Underwriting Pty Ltd and Austbrokers Countrywide. Earlier career roles include account management and a covert position as a Crime Monitor with NZ Police, as well as various claims management roles at IAG New Zealand, focusing on motor, home, and earthquake claims. Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Otago, completed in 2011, and attended St Patricks College Wellington from 2003 to 2007.
