Skills Lab Instructor at Emergency Care Programs

Jeremy Sherman, BSN, RN, CCRN, EMT, has extensive experience in emergency medical services and nursing. Currently serving as an OSCU/SDU Registered Nurse at the Hospital for Special Surgery since August 2020, Jeremy has also been an EMT at New York-Presbyterian Hospital since November 2016, handling hospital-based 911 ambulance calls. Additional roles include providing medical care at SAR High School, instructing EMT skills at Emergency Care Programs, and volunteering with the Riverdale Hatzalah Volunteer Ambulance Corps. Jeremy has held research positions at Queens College examining the cardioautonomic effects of exercise and movement in children with cerebral palsy. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Touro University and a Bachelor’s degree from Queens College.
