Julian Dench

Julian Dench has extensive work experience in various executive roles within the automotive industry. Julian currently serves as the Executive Director of Product and Technical Business Development at Emergency Safety Solutions, where they focus on eliminating preventable crashes for vulnerable vehicles. Prior to that, they were the CEO and Americas Customer Segment Head at OSRAM Continental USA Inc., where they led the Intelligent Lighting Solutions division. Julian also held positions as the CEO of Novita Technologies, an OSRAM company, and as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Specialty Lighting at OSRAM SYLVANIA. Earlier in their career, Julian served as the Managing Director of Powertrain Systems at TI Automotive and as the Vice President and Global Account Director at TRW. Julian also held key leadership positions at Continental Automotive Systems, Siemens VDO, and Siemens VDO Diesel Systems North America. Julian holds a wealth of experience in the automotive industry and has demonstrated expertise in sales, general management, and business development.

Julian Dench began their education in 1978 at the University of East London, where they studied Mechanical and Production Engineering until 1982. Following this, they pursued further education at The Open University from 1996 to 2000, earning a Masters degree in Business Administration.
