Heidi Hayes

Heidi Hayes has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership positions throughout their career. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at SoundOff Signal since 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Plasan North America, Inc. from 2018 to 2021, where they successfully implemented various initiatives such as a shared services model, talent planning process, and employee development programs. Before that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Aspen Surgical from 2012 to 2018 and played a key role in managing HR functions during various organizational changes. Heidi also served as a Human Resources professional at X-Rite from 2004 to 2011, where they managed HR functions for the North American employees and led global projects. Their earlier experience includes working in human resources at Bosch from 1992 to 2003.

Heidi Hayes pursued their Bachelor's degree in Business with a specialization in Human Resources from Grand Valley State University. Heidi attended the university from 1989 to 1993.
