Barry Quinn

Barry Quinn is a Facility Specialist at Emergent BioSolutions, a position held since April 2001, where leadership is provided to metrology, engineering, and maintenance teams supporting multimillion-dollar manufacturing operations. Barry's guidance contributed to the maintenance organization receiving the North American Maintenance Excellence Award in 2013. Prior to this role, Barry worked as an Instrument Electrician at Bayer from April 1997 to May 2001, ensuring calibration and electronic maintenance in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Barry began a career in technical support as an Instrument Engineer in the US Army from May 1989 to April 1994, achieving significant cost savings through effective repair support of Calibration Work Stations. Barry holds an Associate of Science degree in General Education from Calhoun Community College, completed between 1993 and 1994, and graduated from Pilgrim High School in 1982.
