Alan Wilczek

Alan Wilczek has extensive experience in facility and property management, currently serving as Facility Services Director for Wright County, Minnesota since April 2016. Prior to this role, Alan held the position of Real Estate Manager at CBRE from March 2015 to April 2016, and Property Manager at IRET Properties for a brief period in late 2014. Alan's career also includes significant tenures as Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager at Piedmont Office Realty Trust between 2007 and 2014, and as Operations Manager at General Growth Properties from 2005 to 2007. Alan earned a Bachelor's degree in Management from Saint John's University, completing studies between 2000 and 2004.
