Jeffrey Ritter

Jeffrey Ritter has over a decade of experience in protective services, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Protective Services at Emergent BioSolutions since August 2010. In this role, Jeffrey oversees all protective operations at the Lansing campus, focusing on employee safety, security management, and budget oversight. Prior to this position, Jeffrey held various roles at Emergent BioSolutions, including Supervisor and Officer in Protective Services, where responsibilities included monitoring security systems, patrolling campus areas, and conducting risk assessments. Jeffrey began a career in security at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., and has experience with the Michigan State University Police Department as a Parking Enforcement Supervisor and Enforcer. Jeffrey holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University, completed in 2010.
